In addition to EC cards and cash payment, we also accept the following credit cards: Visa and Master Card. American Express and cheques are not accepted.

Leave the A1 at the Ratekau/Timmendorfer Strand/Niendorf exit and keep going in the direction of Timmendorfer Strand. Shortly before the Timmendorfer Strand town sign, turn right onto the B 76 and drive for a moment in the direction of Niendorf. Turn left then onto Wiesenweg and follow the road until you reach Strandallee. Turn left again and after a few metres you’ll see you will see the apartment hotel already on the left side.

Of course, you can also reach the Appartment-Hotel by public transport. From Lübeck main station you can take the train to Timmendorfer Strand station. From there you can reach the Appartment-Hotel by bus or taxi in about 10 minutes (bus stop Birkenallee – Timmendorfer Strand).

The apartment hotel has an underground car park (€18 per night) and offers a limited number of outdoor parking spaces (€14 per night). Booking in advance is strongly recommended.

Check-in and the handing over of keys take place in opposite Grand Hotel Seeschlösschen at the reception.

The flats are available on the day of arrival from 16:00 onwards and are available and may be used on the day of departure until 11:00 o’clock as normal.

An extension of the check-outs is subject to availability and for an additional charge possible.

Cancellation of the reservation free of charge is possible in case of direct booking up to 30 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge 80% of the accommodation price if the reservation is not re-let. Cancellation conditions may change depending on the season.

All flats are individually furnished, do, however, have the basic amenities consisting of: cosy seating area, desk, TV, safe, Wi-Fi, hairdryer and make-up mirror. Depending on the number of guests, they also feature a seating and dining area, a kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave (except for the ‘Sailor’s Room’ category).

Dogs are welcome in the Appartment-Hotel with prior notice. We charge a fee of 16 € per night for your dog. Only one dog is allowed per room. However, please note that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times throughout the Appartment-Hotel. Dogs are not allowed in the garden.

The Appartment-Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Breakfast is not included in the booking. However, if desired, the Seeschlösschen’s bread roll service can be used, where fresh bread rolls can be picked up in the morning at the reception of the Grand Hotel Seeschlösschen.

The Appartment-Hotel has a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be used freely by all guests.

During your stay, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

In the large garden of the Appartment-Hotel there are numerous beach chairs and a children’s playground. Further playgrounds are located on the promenade next to the SEALIFE (approx. 1 km) – and our play ship “Chilly-Lilly” in front of the Restaurant Landhaus is only a few metres away from Appartment-Hotel.

We do not offer an entertainment programme for children and teenagers, but we can give you some tips for excursions and activities for the whole family in the area. Feel free to contact us or read our tips on the Active page.

On request, we will be happy to provide you with a high chair and cot for use in the flat (subject to availability).

The beach is less than 50 m from the Appartment-Hotel – you only have to cross the road once.

Golfers get their money’s worth in the region around Timmendorfer Strand/Niendorf. Several golf courses can be reached within a few minutes’ drive. You can find more information here.

All guests of the municipality of Timmendorfer Strand/Niendorf are subject to visitor’s tax. The spa tax of € 3/person (high season) or € 1.70/person (low season) will be charged to you by the hotel at the end of your stay. You will receive the spa cards upon arrival. The “Ostseecard” entitles you to beach access and you receive a variety of discounts in the region.

From 1 October to 31 March, you can enjoy your beach walk with your four-legged friends on all beach sections. From 1 April to 30 September, dogs are only allowed on certain dog beach sections. Information on the nearest dog beaches can be found here.

In the garden of the Appartment-Hotel, beach chairs and sunbeds are available for your use free of charge. On the beach, there are various beach sections of private beach chair rentals from which you can rent beach chairs. You can find an overview of all the rental companies here.

The Appartment-Hotel has a large garden with a playground. In addition, the SEALIFE adventure centre and the Niendorf bird park are in the immediate vicinity. You can find more information about activities in the area here.

The entire region in and around Timmendorfer Strand offers numerous hiking and cycling tours that lead through the beautiful nature of the north. Whether a short round or a day tour, there is a suitable route for everyone here.

Yes, there are parking facilities in the underground car park.

The apartment hotel is unfortunately not accessible.

Allergy-sensitive bed linen can be provided on request. All floors are wooden floors.
